I believe everyone who runs a company owes themselves and their stakeholders a well-run, profitable organization.

I also believe in community, sustainability, and corporate citizenship.

My commitment to these principles is so strong that I only work with people who share them.

I have over 40 years’ experience working in small, privately-held businesses and large multinational manufacturing companies. I enjoyed what I did, and I created a lot of value for the shareholders.

But I didn’t create social value. And I’ve come to realize that what really matters to me is the community that I’m a part of – that I help create.

I work with great people to create great companies in a great business community.

That means a community of companies that value their employees and their corporate responsibility.

You don’t owe anyone a job, you owe them and their families a well run, profitable company.

My background has given me a thorough understanding of what makes a company successful – the nitty-gritty details of your financials, operational excellence, and the human qualities that create a culture of corporate responsibility. And it’s given me the ability to recognize top-quality talent and skills, and to work with those people to create a team of professionals who stand ready to help my clients.
