To qualify for membership, you must:
- Be the owner, CEO, President, or Managing Director of a San Diego County-based company or division.
- Have P&L responsibility.
- Be consistently active in growing your company’s profitability and value.
- Be committed to personal and professional growth.
The selection process is rigorous, thorough, and designed to ensure that every member is an excellent fit for the group.
As a candidate, you’ll be screened to determine if you’re eligible to enter the selection process.
If you pass the initial screening, your first step is to prepare for and participate in a 90-minute interview with me, your Vistage Chair. This interview determines whether you’ll move forward to the final phase of the selection process.
